Empower Sleep provides sleep care online using continuous sleep vitals to unlock optimal health. Sleep is the foundation of our health - and we’re on a mission to make good-quality sleep accessible to everyone.
With a strong focus on integrative/holistic care and outcomes, our platform aims to ensure health and wellness improvements for every member. Our vertically-integrated platform supports members through the full care journey, from in-home sleep testing and digital diagnosis with sleep physicians to treatment delivery and ongoing care. Empower Sleep provides world-class sleep care without the hassle of the traditional healthcare systems (which can take > 3 months).
We’re founded by a team of world-class sleep physicians, engineers, and operators. Now, we are growing our care team and looking for a board-certified Sleep Medicine physician to deliver a magical healthcare experience.

About the role
You’ll be joining as an intern, working alongside our founder Dr. Sahil Chopra, MD and the clinical team.
A byproduct of providing personalized longitudinal care is, a ton of data collection. To date we’ve collected over 500,000 hours longitudinal sleep data from our members. We are using this data to retrospectively cohort individuals in to different clusters (Endotyping) to better predict care pathways. This data will be used to train our AI engine to help our team do this efficiency and at scale!
